This 2,170 square foot single family Spanish style home surrounded by beautiful patio gardens is just 1 short block from beautiful Windansea Beach and a 5-10 minute walk to famous La Jolla Village with its world renowned shops and restaurants.
Enter the front gate and take in the beautiful ocean view from the front patio with a table for 4 and a loveseat too – morning coffee or an evening libation anyone? A bistro table for 2 on the side patio points the way to the front door.
Entering the home you will instantly notice the vaulted living room ceiling and the spectacular distressed wide wood floor planking from a 19th century ship deck. Throughout the home this wood flooring is beautifully accompanied by large terra cotta tiles that further enhance its Spanish essence.
The living room, besides having a beautiful ocean view and access to the front patio, has comfortable leather seating and a 55” flat screen TV.
A two high-top chair knotty pine bar separates the living room and the cheerful, well-equipped kitchen with all modern appliances to meet your culinary needs. All you need do is add the food and the cook(s). There is also a dining area for 6 just off the kitchen; both areas have peek ocean views.
There is one queen bedroom on the main floor with a large closet and a 28” flat screen TV on the dresser. There is also a ¾ hallway bath with a large walk-in shower with vanity seats on this floor.
The large master king bedroom is upstairs at the front of the home so it too has beautiful ocean views, as well as a 32” flat screen TV, and a comfortable couch. It has a full en suite bath with a soaking tub.
Also upstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed, a large walk-in closet, and a 28” flat screen TV. It also has a full en suite bath with an iron claw soaking tub.
Additional amenities include parking for 2 cars with street parking if needed, WIFI, and a washer and dryer located on the first floor.

WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY!
Stellar ocean views, it is 1 block from a great beach, and is both an elegant and very comfortable home.
Outside front patio is awesome – you can’t get a better view than this and it is private and secluded too as this home is on a corner.
It is a quiet haven only a short walk to La Jolla Village with easy freeway access if you decide to venture beyond La Jolla and enjoy either San Diego or Los Angeles area attractions.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
This is a two level home with 16 stairs going from the first floor to the second and 2 stairs leading from the main floor down to the living room.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
The fireplace in the living room is non-working.
The backyard patio area is not accessible to Guests.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. * Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am

* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
