This beautiful 2-bedroom 2 –bath 1189 square foot condo has a lovely great room with a living room area that has lots of comfortable seating, a fireplace, a flat screen TV and breathtaking ocean views. Making it a perfect place to relax and take in a movie after your day’s adventures.
The light, bright modern kitchen has been fully remodeled with stainless steel appliances and lots of counter space. It has everything you need to meet your culinary desires, including a table for 4.
The private ocean view balcony has a gas barbecue grill, a table for 4 for al fresco dining, and some comfortable chairs too – all positioned so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over the shimmering Pacific.
This home comfortably sleeps 4 with a queen bedroom with a flat screen TV, ocean views, and a full ensuite bath, and a separate bedroom with a flat screen TV with two twin beds.
There is also a 2nd bath in the hallway and all bed and bathrooms are furnished with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort. Both bedrooms and the great room area have ceiling fans to augment the ocean breezes that waft in.
There are two underground, covered, secure parking spaces available with an elevator from the garage to your door. There are also some beach amenities including an ice chest, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and beach towel.

This home has everything you need – inside and out – to have a seaside vacation you won’t forget.
The area surrounding the pier has a small market, a few family owned restaurants, a coffee shop, frozen yogurt shop and the famous Fisherman’s Restaurant on the pier.
The quaint down town area of San Clemente, Del Mar, is only a few walking blocks away. There are many wonderful restaurants, stylish boutiques, antique shops, and surf shops as well as coffee and teahouses. There is also a great farmer’s market every Sunday in Del Mar.

This home sleeps 4 people in beds. We will allow an additional two people to sleep in the property. A maximum of 6 people may occupy the home at any time. An air mattress is available upon request to accommodate 2 more for an additional fee.
No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property)
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
