This 2000+ square foot home was recently refurbished with new wood floors and carpeting. The new beach -inspired furnishings are new, colorful, and comfortable. For your ultimate comfort this home has A/C too.
The great room (kitchen, dining, and living room) is upstairs to take advantage of the fresh air, light, and ocean view. The upstairs balcony with lots of comfortable seating is perfect for al fresco brunch or Happy Hour, competing with the downstairs patio for a barbecue and “Fish Tales”.
The living area of the cathedral wood paneled ceiling great room has clusters of bright, contemporary, comfortable seating surrounding a fireplace. The dining area has comfortable seating for 6-8. Both of these rooms look out to the upstairs patio with an ocean view.
A bright thoroughly modern kitchen with a bar and 3 high-top stools provides all you need to meet your culinary needs. All you need do is add the food and the camaraderie to have a good time. There is also a ½ bath next to the kitchen.
The king master bedroom, with a large flat screen TV, is also upstairs and has a full ensuite bath with a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, and dual vanity sinks. There is a walk-in closet as well.
A large upstairs TV/den/game room is the “4th bedroom”. It has two twin trundle beds allowing comfortable sleeping for 4. This home in its entirety comfortably sleeps 12.
There are two queen bedrooms downstairs on the first floor that share a full bath which is adjacent to each, and connects the two. The front queen bedroom has slider access to the front downstairs patio.
There is garage parking for 2 cars and carport parking for 3 more. This home also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is no outside-amplified noise (i.e. music) allowed at any time. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy towards excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.
* Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. (For applicable properties)
***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
