There is also an outdoor dining area for 4 and a love seat right outside the kitchen door making it super easy to enjoy alfresco dining.
This 4-bedroom, 2-bath private home has been thoughtfully updated and decorated to give you a wonderful and casual beach feel both inside and out. It just begs you to relax, de-stress, and find your calm again.
The front yard, with a view of the bay, is a beautiful place to enjoy coffee or breakfast in the morning sun as it has a large table that seats 6 and another smaller table for 2. There are also a couple of comfortable outdoor chairs on the front porch as well.
Upon entering you find yourself in a spacious living room with a large sectional couch, a fan to keep the air temperature comfortable, and large plasma screen TV with a DVD player. There is lots of room for everyone to hang out together and watch TV or movies.
Beyond the living room is a spacious dining room with a wooden table that comfortably seats 6. A great place to not only dine, but also play cards and games if you feel so inclined. This room also has a 3-chair breakfast bar with a peak into the kitchen so everyone can be together even when meals are being prepared. The recently remodeled fully equipped kitchen is pristine, clean, and has everything you need to cook and entertain at home including all new appliances.
The private master bedroom features a king bed and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination all with luxury linens for your ultimate comfort. It also features a large plasma screen TV and a ceiling fan to ensure your comfort year round.
Two additional bedrooms each with a flat screen TVs and ceiling fans, one featuring a king bed and the other a queen, are wonderful spaces for privacy and quiet time. Each bed is furnished with luxury linens. These bedrooms share a bathroom that has a tub/shower combination.
A detached 4th bedroom with a king bed is a super quiet haven with very easy access to the main home. Additional amenities include cable TV, W-Fi, washer and dryer, and off-street parking for 2 cars.
Mission Bay is just a short one minute walk away and is one of the best places to stay due to the very easy access to the spectacular greater San Diego area, which you may wish to explore during your stay. The Mission Bay Park itself includes 27 miles of sparkling ocean and bay front beaches that attract volleyball enthusiasts, water-skiers, and sunbathers with walking paths along most of it. There are many picnic areas too. There’s a wide range of recreational activities including paths for walking and jogging, several picnic areas and playgrounds for children too.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
