As you enter, the dining room immediately draws you in with its beautiful fireplace and hand-carved mission style wooden table that seats 8. This room extends to a beautiful “après meal” seating area where there are floor to ceiling views of the ocean. All the floors in this home are red clay tile, which lays a beautiful foundation of serenity and simplicity to this spacious and tastefully appointed home.
A large family room with a large flat screen TV and gorgeous views of the backyard and beyond to the ocean also has a breakfast bar with 4 chairs so one can be in the kitchen and feel like they are “right in the mix” with others in the family room.
A wonderful well-equipped modern kitchen greets you with counters and a back splash that have simple patterns of beautiful, colorful tiles immediately lending a sense of happiness and creativity to this “hub of everything” room. All you need to do is add the food and merriment.
The master bedroom suite also showcases a beautiful view of the ocean, as well as doors that open to the patio, a couch to sit and enjoy the view, a desk area, (Wi-Fi available) and a large flat-screen TV. The master en suite bathroom with a shower and two sinks is also tastefully decorated with colorful ceramic tiles that will cheer you up the moment you walk in.
There are 3 other bedrooms – one with a king bed and a beautiful view of the ocean; another with a king bed and a 45” flat screen TV; the third with a queen bed with French doors that open to the patio. A beautifully tiled guest bathroom with a shower is available as is a half bath. The bedrooms and baths are all furnished with luxurious linens – a great treat any time of day. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and a big sink too.
Surrounded by beautiful patio areas on all sides, the native plants and lots of green grass and ocean views give a sense of serenity to the outdoor spaces as well. The large patio area facing the ocean has a hot tub area, several seating areas, a fire pit nook, a barbeque, and an outdoor table that seats 6+ people. A great opportunity to entertain family and friends or just hang out and have a quiet evening at home – inside or out! Street parking is readily available as this home is at the end of a short cul-de-sac.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strongly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:

* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
