A 5-minute stroll to Avenida de la Playa with all its restaurants and a 7-10 minute hop to the expansive white sand beaches of La Jolla Shores makes it an ideal location for your vacation getaway.
This ground level single home with an open floor plan recently underwent a complete floor-to-ceiling remodel with the guidance of a noted interior designer, creating a wonderful beach-inspired haven for you, your family, and friends.
The recently updated outdoor patio areas make the outdoors as inviting as the indoors. The 5-person Jacuzzi hot tub under a gazebo, cozy yet large seating area under a canopy, a fire pit, barbecue, and al fresco dining for 4-6+ makes this a private spot to enjoy outdoor living at it’s best.
Enter the home and find yourself in a light and bright beach-inspired great room. The spacious living room has a fireplace, lots of comfortable seating, and a large 55” flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is also slider access to the outdoor patio.
The kitchen, with all new high-end appliances, has plenty of counter space and a breakfast bar with 3 high-top stools. All you need do is add the food and camaraderie and enjoy family and friends as this area also has a dining room table that comfortably seats 8-10.
The oversized and bright master bedroom has a king bed and a full en-suite full bathroom. This room opens directly to the back patio and the private backyard through a glass sliding door. The room is equipped with a 40" flat screen TV. It also has an extra seating area perfect for relaxing or curling up and reading a book.
The second bedroom has a king bed, a ¾ en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a 40" TV flat screen TV. This room faces the backyard, which allows one to enjoy the view of the lush garden through its 6' window.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have a queen and king bed, respectively. One room has a backyard view while the other has a side yard view. Both rooms have large flat screen TVs for your entertainment needs. These two rooms share one ¾ hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This home is equipped with high speed internet, WiFi, and premium cable channels. All TVs are 4K and Roku enabled, allowing guests to watch local channels as well as streaming via WiFi. Central heating and cooling is provided for your maximum comfort.
This home comfortably sleeps 8. There is a washer dryer for your use. There are also 2 parking spaces. This home can be rented with the second floor unit for a combined total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. If you are not comfortable with these rules, we encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:
* Minimum age policy of 25 years of age
* Check-in is after 4PM | Check out is at 11am
* No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties
* Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.
* Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning. (For applicable properties)
***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
