This home has a spacious great room with an easy flow between the living, family, dining and kitchen areas - all of which have beautiful floor to ceiling doors and windows which allows natural lighting throughout the home.
The bright and cheerful living room has a large conversation pit and the family room has a large sectional sofa, fireplace, flat screen TV, and a DVD player. The formal dining room, right next to the kitchen, sports a large round table for 12 and doors that also open to this side yard.
A modern, spacious, and fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances including 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers. A center island with an additional sink provides lots of room for creating meals and having fun in the kitchen. At the other end of the kitchen, with views of the front yard, is a breakfast nook with seating for 8.
The master suite, located in its own wing of the house, features a 4-poster California king bed, as well as a large luxurious day bed. The recessed lighting, ceiling fan, and large French doors opening out to the pool and spa make this space bright, and breezy. A flat screen TV and a walk-in closet round out its bountiful amenities.
The full master en suite bath/powder room is beautifully done and has several windows that pour light onto the over-sized tub and shower area. All bed and bathrooms are furnished with quality linens, bed pillows, and towels for your ultimate comfort.
The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed and a comfortable couch that can be used as a full size sleeper. This bright and cheery room also has access to the patio, and has a beautiful, full en suite bath.
The 2nd guest bedroom also has a queen bed, a full en suite bath and patio views and access also. The 4th guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. Just off the sleeping area are a large sitting room, a dressing area, and a sofa and an entertainment center with a flat screen TV. There is also a 3/4 en suite bath for this room.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals.
While our #1 priority is insuring that our valued guests enjoy their stay with us, we also have an equally as important commitment to our neighbors and our community. Below are the house rules that we must enforce. Please read them prior to confirming your reservation. * Overnight occupancy (including children and infants) is not to exceed the posted maximum occupancy. Occupancy is defined by the total number of people at the property at any time.
* NO PARTIES AT ANY TIME - a party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by SeaBreeze Vacation Rentals in writing prior to the arrival date.

***For Pet Friendly Listings* Dogs - If you chose to bring a dog, there is a $150 non refundable pet fee per pet. You are responsible for controlling excessive noise caused by the pet (i.e. constant loud and uncontrolled barking). You will be notified with a warning upon the first complaint. At this point, you must take every reasonable measure to control the noise problem (i.e. close windows and doors and do not leave pet unattended at any time). Additional complaints will result in an early termination of your stay with no refund given.
