Dear Akshay, thank you for the time taken to write your review. I'm happy you liked the accommodation and enjoyed your staying. I would like to underline something about the check in process. As well specified in the listing the check in time is between 1300 to 1900 and guests have to communicate the arrival time in order to organize the check in process. Even if you knew already at the time of reservation that your arrival time would have been well after 1900, you have communicated that to me only 1 week before, if I knew it on July when the reservation was made I maybe would have told you to cancel the reservation. On the day of arrival you have written to me that because of delays the new arrival would have been at 1200am, without specifying that 1200am was the landing time so arrival at my place was 0200am in the middle of the night, that was the reason why I have asked you to check in the day after. Also, my experience tells me that in case of big delays or disruptions the airlines give a compensation which is meant to be used for any extra expenses you may occur for the delay. I regret to observe that the new members (and recently is happening too often) are more pretending although the services we offer are at hotel's standard but with a price of a budget accommodation. Regards Stefano
