We appreciate that you have taken part of your valuable time to do a review on your airbnb stay with us. However, we are very surprised at the evaluation made by you in which you gave us only 4 stars, despite all our efforts to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
We wanted to clarify some of the issues you brought up in your review:
1.- Location: We are surprised that you say that the address is incorrect, because the location of the apartment is exactly the same one that appears on the ad. It is located in a residential complex in the center of the corregimiento of San Francisco (not on the outskirts as you say), diagonal to the Sheraton Hotel and Atlapa Convention Center, very close to the emblematic Multiplaza Shopping Center, the main supermarkets and roads like Av Israel and the south corridor. In fact it is the first time that someone has complained about the location of the property.
2.- Internet service: We do not understand why you say that you could not download the Uber application because you did not have internet, the apartment has high speed wi-fi with signal throughout the apartment and upon arrival you were given the password to the wifi. If you had difficulties connecting to the wifi, you should have contacted us right away so we could assist you with that.
3.- Taxi service: You stated that you found your taxi service very expensive in Panama. This is a service provided by private individuals or companies, which have nothing to do with the benefits of the apartment or our service and unfortunately it is not in our hands to regulate or set your taxi rate.
4.- Equipment: The pillows on the beds are a recent purchase, but if you were not satisfied with them, we would have liked it if you approached us right away with this issue. We did not have any opportunity to exchange them for pillows of your liking.
We were convinced of having fulfilled our side of the agreement with our service because we went above and beyond to assist you in all we could For example:
- We kept your bags beyond what was scheduled for check-out, until the time you needed it.
- Despite not being obligated to do so, the difference in rent was reimbursed when the extra guest could not make the trip.
- On your departure, you said that you were very satisfied with the apartment and the service provided, saying goodbye with a hug.
Our goal is to provide satisfaction and comfort to our customers and that is why we will continue to strive to provide a better service every day.
If you ever decide to use our accommodations we sure hope you raise any concerns right away during your stay.
