KIM is the ONLY person that decided to leave a bad review because I was not able to let her check- in earlier. She needed a place to bring her luggage early in the morning and I explained that on that particular day I promised a late check out to my present Guests. She kept asking me for the smart door code over and over again. She and her friend sent very rude texting at some point because I didn't provide that number. Of course, for security reason I was not able to provide that code at that moment. I really value my Guests privacy. I contacted Airbnb center and they recommended me to cancel her reservation if she keeps insisting on bringing her bags before her 3pm check in time. I felt sorry doing that. I did my best, working with the cleaning lady, and I was able to have condo ready by 1pm. Also I offered a late check-out as well. It seems that my effort was not enough.
Kim never used Airbnb emails to communicate with me, instead she used her friend's phone number to send me texts. Very sad that Kim doesn't understand the concept of Airbnb. This is not a Hotel where you can leave your luggage by the lobby. I was on top of my communication with Kim and I explained several time why I couldn't provide the code. Condominium is one block from SEAWALL. I never said it's on the beach. Plenty of pictures to confirm location. Kim reservation was for ONE NIGHT ONLY.. I made that exception to please her. We have a minimum of two nights.
Very sad reading her review. I alwyas try to do my best to please my Guests and this time was not an exception.
