This property is set on three floors. On the first floor the spacious, extended open-plan kitchen boasts plenty of surface space, including an island with built-in sink and a breakfast space for 4. Complete with all the mod cons, including a large hob and cooker, there is a dining table with space for six. The skylight and french windows allow for plenty of natural light which make the space a comfortable retreat. The French windows open onto a lovely garden with outdoor seating for al-fresco, summer dining.
The bright living room is very cosy, with comfortable furniture and and an original fireplace with working fire place. The sofa folds out into a kingsized sofa bed.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one fitted with 2 single beds and the second fitted with a cot. Both have been nicely decorated and are equally spacious and bright. . The family bathroom on this level offers bath, shower, toilet and sink. On the top floor sits the master bedroom with a large en-suite. The windows on either side of the room, including one skylight, create a natural and harmonious feel. There is a large king-sized bed and plenty of storage space. The spacious walk-in en-suite shower room, complete with sink and w/c adds that element of luxury.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties

- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
