Our home is centrally located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe just 2 miles North of Tahoe City in the Dollar Point community. It is only a few blocks from the Tahoe City paved trail system and the XC Nordic Center. It is less than 30 minutes to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Northstar, and casinos. Only a few blocks from the beach, pier, pool, and tennis courts.

There may be some snow shoveling required in the winter.
Parking is not allowed on the street from Nov 1 - May 1 so you will want to car pool accordingly. Our driveway can fit 3 vehicles.
The nightly rate and cleaning fee includes a county Transient Occupancy Tax of 10%
- Leave our home in the same condition it was when you arrived. Follow the departure instructions provided in your in your welcome packet to avoid extra cleaning fees.
- From November 1st to May 1st, on-street parking is illegal due to snow removal operations and you will be ticketed and/or towed. Please plan accordingly.
- Parties, excessive noise, rowdy behavior, loud music or other nuisances will not be tolerated.
- Do not use our bath towels at the beach. Please bring your own beach towels.
- We highly recommend purchasing travelers insurance in case you have to cancel, which we offer at Tahoe Rental Company. Call us for more information.
- Only use the emergency phone number provided in cases of actual emergency.
- Follow all spa rules: Heavy use of hot tub resulting in a dump and scrub will be a $150 fee.
