Located just a block and a half from downtown Petaluma, our beautiful, historic townhome has a well-appointed master suite welcome to travelers from near and far. The building was built in 1929 and was used as a school for many years; it still retains the original façade and is totally unique and beautiful. Very Petaluma! The interior has the original exposed brick walls, lots of windows, and vaulted ceilings with exposed trusses.
The Master Suite is located on the first of three floors in our home. With quick and easy access to the front door and an en-suite bathroom, the room is set up to feel like a little hotel room. In addition to the bed, the room features a small vanity space, ample storage for clothing/suitcases, and great natural light. There is also a large TV (with cable and Chromecast.
The private, en-suite bathroom boasts granite sink countertops, a vanity mirror, and a bathtub/shower.
The kitchen, dining room, family room and patio are located on the 2nd floor.
The laundry machine can be found in Casey and Ryan’s bathroom on the first floor.
The room is set up like a self-sufficient hotel room. The second and third floors are typically reserved for the occupants.

Born and raised in Denver, I moved to New York City for university and then to Spain shortly after to teach English. Somewhere along the journey, I was infected with the travel bug and have been insatiable ever since, fascinated with discovering new perspectives and experiencing different cultures. I currently work in the hospitality industry and recently relocated to Petaluma for work. I immediately fell in love with this quirky little town and can't wait to share it with travelers coming from near and far.
