Charming finca with large terrace and private pool in Campanet, in the foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana and with capacity for 7 people.
Located on the outskirts of Campanet overlooking the village and mountains, this villa offers a salt pool with a size of 10.5m x 5.5m and a depth of between 0.9m and 2.1m as well as an outside shower. The large terrace has many corners to read quietly a book, sunbathe in eight hammocks or organize a family barbecue. In the garden there are several trees like coconut palms, a lemon tree and olive trees giving a Mediterranean touch to the outside area. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
The cottage next to the main building is a second kitchen with barbecue and large table for family reunions.
On the ground floor there is a living room with air conditioning and satellite TV, a nice dining room, a well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, a bedroom with double bed (without air conditioning) and a bathroom with shower and bidet. In addition, you have access to a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
From the dining room a staircase leads you to the first floor, where you can find the remaining bedrooms and a separate bathroom with bathtub and bidet. There are two bedrooms with a double bed each and one with a trundle bed for two. All of them have a wardrobe and air conditioning and one has also space to put a cot and a highchair as well as an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The house has heating for the winter months.
The estate is situated close to the Campanet Caves that open their doors throughout the year. After heavy rains, Ses Fonts Ufanes begin to sprout and the water comes out from the ground in the middle of a oaks forest. Stayiing next to the Sierra de Tramuntana, you can go hiking and cycling, visit the Monastery of Lluc or the Cala de Sa Calobra. In the center of Campanet there is a small grocery store and restaurants; More services like supermarkets are in Sa Pobla. The fine sandy beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are a 30-minute drive away.
