We will make every effort to meet guests at the property to exchange keys. I also utilise a lockbox to accommodate checkins 24 hours a day.

Guests have a responsibility to leave the apartment in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. Put away ALL Plates, Glasses and Utensils. Please return ALL items in the Kitchen, Living, Bathroom and Bedroom Areas as they were found
Please keep the kitchen and dining table clean after cooking/eating
Please dispose all the rubbish at the bin room at the apartment corridor
No smoking inside of the property. But you are welcome to smoke on the balcony. $100 cleaning fees will be deducted from your bond if found smoking inside the apartment
Lost keys or swipes will incur a $100 to $150 replacement fee per item
In case of damage of the furniture or equipment, the guarantee fee will not be refunded.
No pets allowed
Strictly NO PARTIES , NO BUCKS PARTY, large and loud gatherings . We are very respectful of our neighbours. No loud noises, excessive drinking or loud music. You agree that, if you hold any type of party (small or big) or loud gathering in the apartment, you will immediately be evicted from the apartment without any entitlement to any refund including for any period after the date of your eviction. Complaints received from neighbours will lead to immediate eviction without deposit refund.
Lockboxes In cases where there was a lock box used for key collection, please ensure that the lockbox is brought inside the property and left on the dining room table for collection at the end of your stay
Additional guests - Any additional persons occupying the property above the listed number on your booking are not permitted. Please notify myself if you wish to have another person stay with you during your reservation. If found, additional surcharge of $50 per person will be charged
Pets - Animals of any kind are not permitted. The security deposit will not be refunded upon evidence of pets occupying the premises
Please ensure front door is closed AT ALL TIMES and double check it is LOCKED
Shoes are not to be worn inside
Stained towel will be charged at $10 per unit
Alcohol and food is not to be consumed in the bedrooms. You are welcome to use the dining area
Please switch off all Electricity and Gas when is not in use
