Perfect size for a couple to stay in. Everything in the apartment is modern and in good condition, ideal location for anyone looking to be in the centre of an area filled with hipster cafes, wine bars, interesting shops and east end markets. Bright, clean and comfortable and two minutes walk from Dalston Junction station - or another couple of minutes for Dalston Kingsland - connecting to the rest of London in virtually any direction.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of a modern building based on New York’s Flat Iron, with access to a rooftop garden. It’s modern, clean and well looked after, with an elevator, book swap section in the lobby and a dry cleaning service inside the building. The entire flat faces onto Ridley Road, a great market street for cheap groceries from around the world, and in the other direction, an amazing view of the City’s skyscrapers from the hallway. The windows face away from the main street so the apartment is nice and quiet at night.
The apartment is the perfect size for a couple. In the living room there’s a comfy three-seat sofa, dining table and armchair. There’s also a desk space and seat, for anyone looking to get a bit of work done. The bathroom is clean and well kept, and the kitchen’s equipped with plenty space to prepare food, a huge fridge freezer and a washer/dryer. The bedroom is warm, quiet and cosy, with a comfortable double bed.
There's a rooftop garden/terrace, great for summer months, which guests have full access to.
- Smoking is allowed on the rooftop garden but not inside the flat
