Smoking is not permitted inside our furnished apartments (only on balcony and please close the door so the smell does not penetrate into the unit. There will be a $400 charge for any smoke/order removal.

PET POLICY:
Pets are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (this is a requirement by the building office and management, not a Signature Residence fee). A guest that brings a pet without authorization will forfeit their deposit automatically.

Une désillusion totale....tout semblait devoir être parfait : mais voilà, emplacement décevant (devant des places de parking... en rez de chaussée (ce détail ayant été bien dissimulé, ensuite, salle de bain non utilisable le premier soir, car repeinte partiellement le jour même. De plus, le ménage avait été partiellement fait (la serpillère n'existe pas sans doute aux USA) : le femme de ménage, au demeurant charmante, nous a expliqué qu'elle ne passait que l'aspirateur...c'est nouveau. De plus, on a eu l'évier bouché, le lave vaisselle qui est tombé en panne, internet qui a marché la moitié du temps (l'agence n'assurant de moins en moins les mauvaises nouvelles, elle nous a même laissé tomber le soir de Noël à partir duquel, nous le l'avons jamais vue revenir). Sans compter les deux lits de très mauvaise qualité, non attachés à la tête de lit et qui grincent tellement qu'il était impossible de se retourner dans ce "lit" sans réveiller l'autre. Je dispose bien entendu des photos qui pourraient accompagner mes dires. Enfin l'ai conditionné, situé dans le salon, fait un bruit continuel de machine à laver bruyante. A notre demande d'un geste commercial mille fois justifié, nous avons obtenu le silence absolu de l'agence. Si vous voulez passer de bonnes vacances, passez votre chemin et allez surtout ailleurs que chez Signature Résidence.

Very sorry to hear you are disappointed, and you are certainly entitled to your opinion. Readers please know that majority of the properties in Doral or any “garden” style properties in South Florida for that matter will have parking spaces right outside the apartment building. Therefore, if this is a major concern I suggest you are very specific in asking your host questions prior to reserving in case it is not written for you. We try to be 200% transparent with our guests, but some minor details may fall through the crack unless you specifically ask. In reference to the tub, we found it a necessity to refinish it as we get them done every so often when needed. Unfortunately it needed two more hours to dry properly. There was a full second bathroom available to you at the time. Although there is NO excuse for finding the floor dirty, we did send another cleaning lady immediately the next morning to redo the laundry floor as you indicated? It was unfortunate the dishwasher completely stopped working 4 days into your arrival; however, you failed to mention that it was replaced for a new machine the next morning. Since dishwashers and sink work together for draining purposes it caused the sink to clog which was also cleared the same day it was reported. I’m sure you have discovered by now, that we’re very hands-on and will resolve any concern or reported issue immediately. The internet did not work the day after your arrival because you mistakenly turned off the switch. Had you read the printout we supplied in the apartment, you would have immediately notice that #2 on the list asks you to double check that the switch is turned on. Nevertheless we sent one of our reps to your apartment within 2 hours to turn on the switch. This was something you could have corrected in one minute “IF” you would have taken a moment to read the instructions provided. Reader in conjunction to this a few days later there was a massive Comcast cable/internet outage which affected the Doral area as well as other neighboring cities for almost 24 hour. Please know that when there is an outage, we have NO control until the service is repaired. Our representative personally visited the apartment and spoke to the guest directly to inform him of the happenings, at that time the guest “was” very friendly and understanding. Unfortunately this situation bled into the Christmas Eve; nonetheless we were on the phone at 8:00 PM Christmas Ever trying to get an outage update for our guest. At this point we understood that this guest would probably find an issue with everything in our apartment, therefore we just continued to service his daily queries. Unfortunately you were 1 negative out of 162 positive reviews (combing my colleague’s profile with the same company) to have had an unpleasant experience with us. May you and yours have a Happy New Year!
