The studio was clean and the front desk receptionist Michelle was very helpful. There is a microwave, coffee pot, (no coffee, so bring your own) and a water dispenser. Plenty of towels and beach towels as well. Within walking distance to a few restaurants, (try Mango's for breakfast, Basto's Grill for dinner, and Caribbean Brisas lunch or dinner), and about 1.5 miles to some great snorkeling on the south side. The A/C was nice and cold. Take note, The mini fridge is large enough but there is no freezer, nor any ice at the studio. The pool was beautiful, and had a nice view, but I never used it, as I prefer the beach and ocean. Beware of the step up to the toilet. I stubbed my toes several times, before I remembered. The king size bed was very comfortable, and Netflix on the flat screen smart TV was a nice bonus. There is no mirror in the bathroom, which was strange, and there is a large one where the fridge/microwave is, but tough to put in contacts at the distance. Being mid-island was convenient, and Centro, (downtown), was around a 50 pesos trip. But those prices varied wildly. Make sure you negotiate before you get in a cab! This is not ocean view, but rather you look out on a never used community park. Large enough balcony though.
