We had some issues with the apartment starting from the check in day. Bathroom/shower space not as described, toilet roughly cleaned, bed uneven and uncomfortable. We booked the apartment for 3 weeks and had to ask for extra towels (there were only 2) and extra bed clothing. Except for a Hoover there was nothing to clean the house or wipe the floor - with an open shower that was kind of necessary. Wifi didn't work for more than a week because of some issues with cables and technician had to come in, last days the handle of a door fell off and again a handyman had to come. Water pressure was not constant mostly during week ends when all tenants (EMAIL HIDDEN)munication with host was ok but showed too much attitude whenever an issue was reported, really poor hospitality skills. Airbnb customer service had to step in, Shauna was really helpful in trying to get the situation sorted out.

This reaction is unfair and way too personnal. She got extra towels the second days, and we always did everything we could to solve the issues that she encounted with wifi or with shower, within 24 hours, but she did not cooperate and let me cancel 2 appointments that were meant to solve issues, now solved :-). Then she said she would leave and find something else but instead contacted customer service who really did a good job helping us for a fair compensation.
