Jared and his mate were very nice couple. I met them on their arrival, I showed them all apartment and informed them about transportation, shopping, where to go and what to do in the Town. I also offered further contacts, but they didn´t use this possibility and we do our best to respect privacy of our guests. The only message, we have obtained during their stay was sent before their departure, saying "The stay was great". So now we don´t uderstand their review. During our arrival meeting they were very satisfied with the apartment and their room. During their stay we didn´t receive any message about dissatisfaction from their side. Before their departure they announced us, that the stay was great. So what has happened, that their opinion has changed so much? Original unenabling of cancelation of their reservation?
Only thing we want to comment followes: Every our guest has the same rights, despite nationality, sex, religion etc. Every our guest obtains the same care and attention. Our home rules are valid for every guest unexceptionally. Our guests are adult, responsible people, so that they are able to read our listing before making the order. Our listings are detailed and 100% truthful. Please, read these information before making your order. As I declared, they are valid unexceptionably.
By the way - any house in this part of Prague has AC - there is no need for it. These houses are built of quite thick brick walls and they are able to keep very comfortable temperature inside even during hot summer days - but as I told these guests, don´t leave windows wide open during day, when you leave the apartment.
