The open-plan kitchen and dining area are located on the ground floor. With wooden floors, cabinets and islands, this kitchen has a beautiful contemporary design and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen features ovens, gas hob, large fridge/freezer and a stylish breakfast bar. The glass dining table sits 6 people.
The open-plan living area adjoining the kitchen has a tasteful contemporary design and is animated by light coming through the large glass doors. This spacious area features a large sofa facing the fireplace and TV. There are also two armchairs and a coffee table. The glass doors lead to the stunning garden.
Next to the kitchen is the utility room, fitted with washing machine and dryer.
The cosy bedroom located on the first floor is fitted with a double bed and wardrobe.
Up a few steps you can reach the second floor bedroom, featuring a king sized bed and wardrobe.
This spacious bedroom offers a king sized bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. With carpeted floor and stylish pieces of furniture, this cosy bedroom is located on the second floor.
There is a washroom with WC on the ground floor, next to the utility room.
A neat bathroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a single wash basin, WC and a combined bath/shower.
On the third floor there is a bathroom fitted with a single wash basin, WC and a walk-in shower.
You can access the back garden through the kitchen, where you’ll find a cosy verdant space, perfect for your relaxing time before and after long hours of sightseeing. Nicely finished with wooden decking, the garden features 2 large sofas.
- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
