Fiddler's Green Farm is the oldest organic farm in the Capay Valley. We built a six bedroom house to raise our children in, and in the twenty years we've lived here, the kids grew up! Two separate wings make for more privacy between the guests/hosts.
Host is well versed on the hiking trails and bike trails of Capay Valley. Let me be your tour guide while you sample fresh blueberry muffins. We own Fiddler's Green Farm, which is 40 acres just minutes from Cache Creek. This 6 bedroom home is your escape! The bathroom is shared with another guest room, but we rarely have all of our rooms booked. We have extra room in one of two refrigerators in the kitchen to store your supplies, and plenty of parking. Let us know if you need to rent a mountain bike!
Cache Creek Casino is nearby, and has a variety of restaurants. golf course, and entertainment. If you are coming up from the Bay Area, we recommend you stop off at Winters and sample the local brewery, Berryessa Brewing Company or Berryessa Gap Winery. They have some wonderful local musicians.
Several wonderful events such as the Hoes Down in October, Almond Festival in February, Mother's Day Garden Tour can be found on the community calendar.Wine tasting is available only 2 miles away at Capay Valley Vineyard and Seka Hills.
Living room, kitchen, deck out back.

I'm pretty social, and have enjoyed getting to know my guests, but it will depend on my schedule. My family tends to be more introverted.
We have a hot water circulating switch by each faucet ( turns red when on) that needs to be flipped before you will get warm water.
Hot water kettle for tea and thermos of coffee on counter by refrigerator with mugs in cupboard above coffee pot.
Water is perfectly fine to drink, but heavy in minerals so we use the bottled water for the teapot- Help yourself to the bottled water.
We are farmers. We go to bed early, we get up early. If you are partying in the living room late, we will be grouchy. Other guests have stayed up late and star gazed, and I never heard them - so that's not a problem. No smoking. No pets. Smiles mandatory.
Come to the farm in fall! The pistachios are ripe, the greenhouse is filled with kale, lettuce and parsley. We are harvesting radishes, turnips, and leeks from the field We have farmed the acreage organically for over 20 years, and live in a six bedroom house built for two families. I am a retired school teacher. We have a indoor/outdoor cat, who is not allowed in the guest rooms. We will point you in the right direction for wine tasting, olive mills ad all the local indoor and outdoor fun activities. Hike? Bike? We have bikes , water bottles, backpacks to borrow and a county road to walk on.
I love to bake, and if you time it right, you will wake up to hot blueberry muffins. I am starting to get more into photography with our beautiful vegetables and land make perfect subjects.
My grown kids have flown the coop, so I enjoy my Airbnb guests - they are such an appreciative set of guests. Come join us.
I love to read, and I am always looking for new recommendations
