We hope you'll love our spacious, sun-drenched one bedroom home as much as we do. Perfectly located between the best of East Village and the Lower East Side, we think our big, elevator building apartment with balcony and rooftop is pretty dreamy.
The perfect place to come back to after a busy day of shopping, sightseeing or work. Our remarkably quiet apartment has so much space, you'll forget you're in New York.
Enjoy sunset drinks on the rooftop overlooking the entire city skyline, including the Empire State Building, World Trade Center and Brooklyn Bridge. Or dine in on our beautiful solid wood table with take out from some of the world's best restaurants, all within walking distance. Our kitchen also has everything you need and grilling out in our courtyard garden is always a good idea.
Our bed is super comfy and our bedroom has plenty of space so there'll be no tripping over your suitcase. Our bathroom is big and clean, with a hairdryer and all the basic needs covered. Our living room has the comfiest couch with a 55 inch Smart TV, and the queen-size sofa bed has a pillow topper and can be set up in moments.
We love living here and know you will too!
The apartment and building are yours to enjoy! There's a rooftop perfect for sunset drinks and a communal garden on the ground floor with BBQs and tables.

We're here to help with anything you need but we'll leave you to your stay.
Given the high demand for Fourth of July weekend, we are only taking bookings of four nights or more between 6/30-7/10. Similarly, for Labor Day Weekend, we are taking minimum of three nights 9/1-9/4. Thanks for your understanding and hope we can make it work for you.
Our apartment is bright from sunrise to sunset, which we love but understand not everyone does. The bedroom has light white curtains for privacy but we prefer the living room windows without. We recommend an eye mask if you're sensitive to light.
Please enjoy yourself and treat our home as you would your own.
I'm a friendly, easy going Aussie who loves to travel.
I've hopped around Europe, Asia, North America, Africa and South America, but I now call New York City home.
From my years of being welcomed into friends' homes, acquaintances' houses and many, many hostels, I know how to be the best kind of guest and expect the same from those I welcome into my home.
I'm considerate, tidy and relaxed, and look forward to experiencing each city how the locals do.
