PLEASE TAKE PICTURES AT CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT!
The stay itself wasn't that bad, not perfect, but not bad. Public transportations are a bit limited, as the only bus drives up, not into the city center, so either you loose time walking a bit down to the Freixo Bus Station, or you have to drive all the way up to Parque de Nacoes, and come back down again.
Problems came after check-out, which is why I advise everybody take pictures OF EVERYTHING, as that is what saved me from a big bill after.
I was accused of destroying a pot and a table, that were done by the strong winds and rains that Porto experienced. I was accused of being messy, because I left the dishes out DRYING after I washed them. I was accused of leaving the place dirty, when all I did was not sweep the floor on the last day (vacuum cleaner stinks up the house when used, and misses the main front part), since I was told by the host a lady would come and clean the house (note: I did not leave any garbage behind). I was accused of leaving the bathroom full of limestone, that is naturally occurring, when I actually washed the glasses and sink and took picture of that, but since it is naturally ocurring, it just formed again. I was accused of leaving the pipes full of hair, when I actually saw it was full of hair upon arrival, but since hosts were nice, I was a bit shy to tell anything. But still was able to prove they weren't all mine, considering there were dark hairs and I'm blond.
Also, be careful, house had several short circuits issues, because water was sometimes leaking through a lamp, and that destroyed my computer charger. But rather than blaming the host, and sending bills out of the blue, I was just careful not to use the outlets for too long in the future.
