Downtown Orlando is a fantastic place to stay. Live among the locals and yet still be close to Universal Studios (11 miles), Sea World (17 miles), the Disney area (20 miles), International Drive (15 miles), Orlando Science Center (2 miles), and the Orlando International Airport (13 miles).
- No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping
- Please park only on the left side of the driveway and do not park over the sidewalk
- No overnight guests other than those listed when booking
- While the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, it is still located in the midst of the busy downtown area. Keep safety in mind at all times and keep the house and your vehicle locked.
You decide! We give lots of privacy but are always just a phone call or text or short drive away if you need assistance. Additionally, we compiled an extensive notebook with helpful information on checking in and out, directions, appliance how-to, emergency numbers, dining, entertainment, and transportation.
My husband and I were both born and raised in the Orlando area. It's a great place to enjoy year-round fun with our three boys. Of course, we love the chance to get away as well, especially to Historic Savannah. Wherever we travel, our favorite thing to do is eat at the locals' favorite spots. "Enjoy Life, It's Delicious."
We hope you enjoy life during your stay in our neighborhood.
