Whether you're gathering with family, catching up with friends, or catching up on work with our fast, stable Wi-Fi, Coach House is the perfect home base.

• Parking: Private, gated off-road parking for up to 3 cars.
• Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms plus an extra ground-floor toilet.

Occupancy & Guests
• Capacity: Rates are based on full property capacity for up to 10 guests. Children aged 2 and older count toward this total.
• Infants & Equipment: Infants under 2 do not count toward occupancy. While travel cots and baby gear are not provided, you are very welcome to bring your own.
• Visitors: For safety and liability, only registered guests included in your booking may stay at or visit the property unless pre-approved by us in writing.
Online Check-In & Security Deposit
After booking, the lead guest will receive a link to complete our quick online check-in portal. This central hub gives you access to:
• Arrival directions and key access details.
• Local area guides and property instructions.
• Optional stay extras.
• Out-of-hours support contact info.
• Payment for the £150 refundable security deposit.
Access details are automatically emailed once online check-in is complete and the deposit is processed. (Be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case!) The £150 security deposit is released within 72 hours of departure following a standard inspection.
Arrival & Departure
• Check-in: From 4:00 PM
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Self-Catering Preparation
Coach House is fully self-catering, giving you complete freedom to bring your preferred foods, drinks, and personal items which also helps guests with sensitive skin avoid unwanted allergies from provided soaps or detergents.
• What's Provided: All cookware, glassware, crockery, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals, plus indoor bath towels per guest.
• What to Bring: Food/beverages, personal consumables (toiletries, toilet paper, tea/coffee, condiments), hair dryers, and outdoor/beach towels.
Dog-Friendly Guidelines
We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs for £30 per dog (pre-arranged prior to arrival). Additional dogs require prior owner approval. To ensure the property stays pristine for all future guests:
• Please keep dogs on a lead outdoors, as outdoor areas are not fully enclosed.
• Dogs should sleep in a crate provided by you and are kindly kept off furniture and out of bedrooms.
• Please ensure pets are not left unattended in the home and clear all traces of pet hair/mess before check-out.
• To respect our neighbours, quiet hours for pets are appreciated after dark.
Communication & Guest Support
• Office Hours: Airbnb messaging and email are monitored during weekday office hours for general booking administration.
• Out-of-Hours Support: Once online check-in is complete, you’ll receive direct details for our electronic out-of-hours assistance system. This routes urgent issues directly to our on-call duty team for the fastest possible response.
• Lead Guest Contact: To protect guest privacy and prevent confusion, all booking changes and support requests must be managed by the lead guest.
