This is a very well-kept studio in a great location, with Milan's Metro literally at your door, and with a choice of two subway lines. Security in the building is excellent, and it is quiet with the windows closed. That's not a backhanded compliment; what sounds come thru when the windows are open are the normal sounds of an apartment building courtyard: birds chirping, dogs barking, traffic in the distance, and, this being Italy, mopeds speeding around town. But, I enjoyed these sounds, and perhaps you will, too.
The studio is efficiently configured and contains all of what you need for a nice stay. The couch rather ingeniously converts into a queen bed, and the window shutters allow you to darken the room to your satisfaction. The balcony is convenient for drying clothes, and the washer works very well. The shower is large by European standards, and has a powerful flow. The toilet is not cramped, as many European ones are, and the bathroom sink is large.
The kitchen contains a good sized reefer, a two-element induction cooktop, a microwave, and a powerful electric kettle. The range hood needs to be vented to the outside, but I didn't find this a problem. The dishwasher is perfect for a visit of up to a week or so, and the dining table doubles as a work station, though another table is also available.
The television and its cable offer a good variety of programs on a clear LED screen, and the addition of a short patch cord to the TV's rear HDMI input would allow you to connect your Chromecast a/o Amazon Fire to it. There was an initial, temporary problem with the internet service - not of Walter's making, but that of the rather incompetent web provider - but Walter resolved it and I enjoyed an excellent internet connection throughout most of my stay. In this, and other ways, Walter provided prompt, responsive communication and resolution of any questions I had.
In short, this studio apt. offers an excellent, well-located value in Milan and I can recommended it wholeheartedly.
