Private ground-floor annex with separate entrance, shower room and separate kitchen. Located in a picturesque village by the River Dee on the Welsh-English border. Near the historic Roman city of Chester (9 miles), Wrexham (7m), Wrexham Industrial Estate (5m), Bangor-on-Dee Racecourse (8m), Llangollen (20m). Liverpool (30m) Also near many North Wales coastal towns such as Rhyl, Prestatyn, Colwyn Bay, Conwy and Llandudno. (35-52m). Quiet location. Wide breakfast choice. Ample off-street parking.

Prostor
This non-smoking annex comfortably accommodates a couple in the double bedroom area, with ample wardrobe space and dressing table etc. The separated living area, equipped with a 32 inch TV and well-stocked bookshelves affords access to the private south-facing garden. There is also a small sofa bed, that can be converted to accommodate a third guest, such as a child.

The fully equipped kitchen area (fridge, cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and microwave), is stocked with tea, instant and ground coffee, sugar, cereals, porridge sachets, milk, jams, and bread for breakfast. Also, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. A first aid kit, sewing kit, hair dryer, iron, table-top ironing board and complimentary toiletries are also available. The business-ready desk contains basic stationary items. The shower room has a shaver point. Cupboards are labelled with their contents so you can find everything easily.

Being near Chester and North Wales, there is lots to do and see in this area, and a selection of guides are available under the business desk, if you need suggestions.

There are a few pubs, restaurants, take aways, hairdressers, post offices and a very small supermarket in the 2 villages that can all be reached on foot (information sheet in the apartment and also mentioned in the private guest information area of this page after you have booked).

There are also many excellent restaurants in the city of Chester, 9 miles away.

We are Angie and Bob. We have 2 adult children, who have left home but sometimes visit. Angie teaches English as a second language and Bob is retired. We love visiting Spain for their wonderful culture. We love meeting interesting people but we love our privacy sometimes too!
