Thank you John, i don’t need to answer but I write here from my heart, my honest and intergrity as being the banker for 15 years, I host the house as part of additional income for my kids for long run.
1- I check with Airbnb on pricing quote why it is different what I set and it was quoted to the guest. I NEVER get to the guest on the quote but I talk to Airbnb for help. Though Airbnb waived me the penalty of $100 but I committed to host as my accountability.
2- John made all upset, I don’t recommend anyone to host john as he may bring trouble or safety of neighbors as he may bring unauthorized guest/girl into Propety or disburb the rest guest of other units i.e closing door strongly in middle of night.
2- he didn’t respect the rule or culture of home, we discussed as the man on 3rd day of his stay, however John breaks his promise again, bring another unauthorized different and different guest come into unit without informing or providing registration.
3- govt of Cambodia required for Record or copy of Indentity, similar to hotel check-in. Since we care of our safety or belongings so we keep eyes on.
4- changing the unit from 2nd floor to 1st floor Is agreed by both guest and host due to calendar issue, with incident a host already reduce the price for a half pay for John, Airbnb is witness of this deduction. ( though we are running lost even electricity cost but we are committed to do it).
5- we talk to John to address all concerns and appreciate of the cooperation, we find alternative solution so that he may not disburb of neighbor of Airbnb guest at another units.
We are happy now, our feel and comfort is back to our calm environment, the rest of the guest, our community are now back safe.
