Thank you for your review. Though I do apologize if we don’t meet your expectation. I wish you expressed your concern during your stay so my staff and I would have the opportunity to “fix” it and make your stay more pleasant.
Quick response on some of your concerns:
Me living in the adjacent villa - I should have been more clear on the description. I do stay in that adjacent villa if I am in Bali. I never have concern from other guest about it since I am barely home and I would not be using guest facilities or go to the villa unless the guest invites me.
Breakfast - there is no mention in the description that breakfast is included
Overprice - I outsource additional services in the villa to other institution. For instance, chef, we don’t just hire someone who can cook but we work with professional chef who owns 2 high-end restaurants in Bali. You must read his profile on the menu. He only use local organic ingredients, everything is made on-site. Hence, the higher price.
Dogs - since you and group love dogs I let my dogs roam around the house and the backyard. But I had a couple of guest who dislike them before so I just put them in the cage while the guest is at home.
English-speaking staff - I have 2 staff out of 5 who speak English. Housekeeper (9am-3pm), security (who lives next door). Unfortunately, during your stay the security was on Galungan/Kuningan holiday (one of Balinese big celebrations). Even though I may not be the first responder, you know you can always contact me if you need anything thru AirBnB messaging or phone number I provided in the booklet.
