It is close to the famous Kensington Palace and the beautiful Kensington High Street.
This apartment is located on the basement floor of a building that has no elevator, so guests would need to take the steps down to get to the apartment. This apartment comes with a fairly large open-plan kitchen that contains an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and a small dining area with a dining table. There is also a large living room that houses a large TV and large sofa, which can be comfortable enough for someone to sleep in (but it is not a sofa-bed). This flat comes with one bedroom that contains a double bed and a small sized wardrobe. The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower-room, towels, and other basic needs, such as shampoo. Since this flat is in the basement floor, there is very little natural light coming in. However, there is a door in the flat that leads into a very small patio, which is good for getting some fresh air during summer days. Also, this apartment comes with a wall mounted electric heater to keep the flat warm during winter days.

If you are arriving outside those hours, please get in touch with us to check for special key collection arrangement.
For guests security, every guest must provide original Photographed ID prior to key collection. PLEASE NOTE THAT KEYS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHED ID AND PROPERTY ACCESS MAY BE DENIED IF THIS REQUIREMENT IS NOT MET.
