After 15 years managing hotels n Ireland and internationally, we returned home in February 2012 to take over and renovate the Doolin Hostel. Since then we have refurbished all rooms, kitchen, living and common areas. Adding free Wifi throughout, new heating systems, pressurized water, gardens, patio areas, wood stove fires, new beds etc and we added a coffee shop doing the best Coffee in town, guaranteed!
Our goal is to improve a little every day adding more services, comfort and value for our guest. Whilst reducing our impact on our beautiful local environment. We are members of the Burren and Cliffs of Moher Geopark and adhere to the Code of Practice for Sustainable Tourism.
In 2014 we where awarded Gold from Green Hospitality Awards and Gold level with TripAdvisors Green Leader Programme and are the first and only hostel in Ireland to Achieve this.
We would love to have you stay with us and enjoy the comfort of our hostel and its great location in the center of Doolin, overlooking the village and out to sea, at the start of the Cliffs of Moher Coastal Hiking Trail.
