Situated between the city centre and the university, amongst the quiet Avenues neighbourhood, my flat is perfect for anyone visiting Hull on a short trip or lengthy stay.
All amenities are within walking distance, and there's plenty of public transport running regularly into town and beyond.
I'm pretty easy going, and am more than happy to accommodate you and help make sure you get the most out of Hull.
My flat is on the ground floor, of a large newly-built building, with large windows facing the street from the living room & kitchen. There is a large communal garden at the rear with gated parking.
The guest room has a double bed with brand new mattress, plenty of storage space, bedside table, bookshelf, hanging rail, armchair, TV and playstation.
The bathroom is located directly opposite the guest room, has a large bath and shower which you will have sole use of.
You are more than welcome to use the washing machine, cooker and all other facilities. I want you to feel at home.

As a freelancer I rarely have a set schedule. Occasionally I will be away for a few days at a time, other times I will be working from home. You will, of course, be free to come and go as you please.
Hello, my name's Ed and I'm an actor and I've lived in Hull for the last 6 years, having originally come to university here. All in all I've spent 10 years of my life in Hull so I'd be more than happy to show you around and help get the most out of what the City of Culture has to offer!
My flat is located on the Avenues, a desirable residential area of Hull, only 5-10 minutes walk from Princes Avenue or Newland Avenue - where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes and vintage shops. I'll happily point you in the direction of my favourites.
There are plenty of buses throughout the day that will take you directly to the city centre in around 10 minutes, where you take full advantage of the City of Culture programme.
I look forward to hearing from you, I'm always looking for new people to try out my home made bread!
