Had this not happened in the first place, the beds would be presented as advertised and any maintenance issues would have been rectified before your arrival.
We are pleased to let you know that the mentioned chipped crockery has been replaced after your departure for the next guests. The TV not working was due to the batteries in the remote control which have now been replaced. An electrician has been booked to look at the electrics as per your report about the fuse. The oven has been checked as is in a good order, it was a simple user manual issue where the oven was in the automatic mode but needed to be in the manual mode in order for it to work outside the set timer, it has now been re-set. The property has a welcome book that contains all manuals for guests convenience for situations like this.
