Besides the first day when Jenny couldn't figure out the TV remotes (simple instructions are on the back), we didn't hear anything from her until 10:30pm the night before they checked out. We had no idea there was an A/C issue from the beginning. When we arrived at the home we found that someone had been monkeying around with the thermostat. The front plate fell off right away and two wires were disconnected. We certainly did not leave it that way. Once the thermostat was reconnected, the A/C magically worked again. Jenny seemed offended immediately when I tried to suggest troubleshooting measures. She acted like she knew what to do, but with the early questions about the TV, I wasn't so sure. (TV "problem" was that they pushed the source button). The A/C works and there is hot water.
