Vintage top-floor bungalow apt with South-facing sunroom off the kitchen and pleasant view of the quaint, blossoming Sellwood neighborhood, furnished with convenient, modern tech by industry innovators as hosts (first floor).
Spacious and bright, the seasons are kind year-round. Floorplan allows easy spring & summer breezes, yet cozy enough to heat simply throughout the fall and winter.
The views from each window and balcony are quietly enchanting, accented by neighbors' venerable oak and beeches, and our bamboo garden in back. Walking distance to everything that Sellwood, Woodstock, and Reed have to offer, with four ReachNow (BMW rideshare) cars right out front, Lyft only minutes away, and several TriMet busses & light-rail within a dozen blocks, too.
(Use our Lyft referral link for $10 off your first ride here: Lyft<>com/iga/BENJAMIN42445 [replacing "<>" with "."])
Additionally, the newly restored Sellwood Bridge is a < 10 min walk away, near the New Seasons and food carts, should a pleasant stroll in the genuinely quaint neighborhood pique your interest. :)
Second story unit, porch, yard, and basement with free laundry (access via patio stairs)

* Considerate hours of relative quiet before 7am and after 8pm; the young one needs his sleep, despite his opinions on the matter.
* As a beautiful 106 year old house, the doors and floors have their own minor quirks, so please be mindful of their penchant for complaint when returning from any adventures late in the evening. These lovable hounds of ours are diligent in their species' loud hushing. :)
* Any/all pets traveling with must be declared in lodging request prior to confirmation and an additional security fee may apply to be returned in whole or in part, pending check-out review of the apartment.

I'm drawn to people who move gracefully between different circles, who've carved out more than one identity for themselves; who cook together and then hang out in the kitchen long after the dishes are done; who notice things; sock-skate on hardwood floors; write like journalists and hug like they mean it; whose jobs aren't just jobs; who spend their time creating things because they love the world and what it could become. Trying to be one of those people and adventure as avidly, as passionately, as possible, with or without travel.
