Located in Spanish Valley, you'll be just a short drive from Main Street in Moab for shopping and dining. The renowned national parks are close by, and Ken's Lake in the Valley is perfect for fishing and picnicking. There is a two-car garage at the home perfect for recreational vehicles, with room for trailers.
The home's living room is spacious, with updated furniture including couch and chair on which to watch shows on the flatscreen with cable and DVD player. WiFi access is provided, and if you need to do work during your stay there is a small study area off the living room.
The dining area has a dinette for six and a counter bar provides three stools. The well-equipped kitchen is complete with a dishwasher and stainless appliances. Alternatively, fire up the gas grill in the private fenced yard that is perfect for your dogs (up to two welcome for a small additional nightly fee) and dine outside at the patio set.
Hot afternoons bring time for lazy days spent at the shared pool (open April to October). On cool nights, curl up in front of the gas fireplace after soaking in the shared hot tub. A private washer/dryer is available in the home for laundering suits and towels.
If you find yourself tired after a long day mountain biking or rock climbing, turn in to one of the home's three bedrooms suitable for sleeping up to 10. The master provides a king bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has twin bunk beds with a third twin trundle bed available. The living room provides a queen-size futon, and a queen-size air mattress is also available. On hot evenings, all will sleep well in the central A/C.
There is much to do in Moab, and the location is prime for wine tasting at the local vineyard, cruising scenic La Sal Loop road, a visit to Arches or Canyonland, a round of 18 holes at Moab Golf Course (guests of this home will receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees), or a river raft trip down the Colorado.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
