Within the home is a cozy getaway with a flatscreen TV to watch the big game and a well-equipped kitchen with a gas range and dishwasher. Stream music on your phone over the WiFi for a festive atmosphere. Outdoors is a private deck with a gas grill for a summer BBQ.
Among the three bedrooms and loft area, you'll have plenty of places to chose from to sleep in: a master has a huge king-size bed and private en suite bathroom, the two guest rooms each have a queen bed. Two rollaway beds and two air mattresses are available in the loft. Another full bathroom and a half bathroom are available, too.
From the raging rapids of the Colorado River to the serene waters of Ken's Lake, there's tons to do in Moab! Arches National Park is a big draw, while more state parks offer challenging hikes and family-friendly spaces to explore. Guests of this home will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
