This bright and airy home is located in Rim Village, a community that faces the Moab Rim and La Sal Mountains just six miles south of downtown Moab. You'll be 11 miles south of Arches National Park and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park - both of which are known for their spectacular desert views.
The living space is modern and spacious, offering a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player for cozy nights at home. Prepare appetizers and meals in the kitchen, which features a dishwasher, a four-person breakfast bar, and a dining table with seating for six.
Soak in the sunshine and panoramic views on the patio, where you'll find a gas grill and plenty of seating. Spend your days swimming in the community pool (which is open April through October) or soaking in the hot tub (which is open February through November).
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this Moab townhome will sleep eight guests (and up to three dogs for a small nightly fee). The master suite has a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV, the second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. Two rollaway beds and a washer/dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Bring your mountain bike to explore the Slickrock Bike Trail seven miles north, play a round of golf at the Moab Golf Club just two miles north (guests of this home will receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees), or spend a day at Ken's Lake five miles south. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
