The living area of the home is open concept with contemporary artwork and furnishings. Sink into the overstuffed couch and love seat to watch some cable on the flatscreen TV. Connect to the provided WiFi to conserve data on your phone. If you prefer to disconnect, turn off the electronics and unwind in front of the gas fireplace with rounded hearth.
The well-equipped kitchen provides microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. The nearby dining table seats six, and four stools are provided at the island for enjoying morning coffee.
When you're ready for ultimate relaxation, step out into the backyard. Al fresco dining is possible at the patio table, and a gas grill provided for a proper BBQ. After dinner, hop into the private hot tub for a stress-free evening soak. If you prefer a swim, take a dive in the townhome's shared community pool.
This four-bedroom, two-bathroom home sleeps up to eight. The master bedroom has a king bed and private en suite bathroom with a tiled shower. Two additional rooms have two twin beds each, and the fourth bedroom has a twin bed and a twin trundle bed. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower, and a washer/dryer is available at the home for your use.
This home is about five miles to Arches and 30 miles to Canyonland National Parks. Outdoor adventures abound in Moab, and you can rent ATVs, go whitewater rafting, or take a rock climbing trip. Dead Horse Point makes for an amazing scenic drive, or take a tour on the Slickrock Bike Trail for mountain biking excitement. If a low-key day is what you're after, take a stroll downtown, visit local shops and galleries, have dinner, and then take in a show at the Moab Backyard Theater for some downhome music. Guests will also receive a 20% discount off of golfing fees at the Moab Golf Club.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
