The full kitchen boasts granite countertops, major appliances, and everything you'll need to get meals on the table. This main level also has one bedroom, complete with a twin bunk and single twin, a TV, and a DVD player. And also on this floor, you'll also have a bathroom and your own private washer and dryer.
When you head upstairs, there's a second bedroom with a spacious king, another TV and DVD player, and a full bathroom with a sleeping loft. In that space there are two additional twin beds. This Brian Head vacation condo is great for a family ski trip with up to seven guests.
Whether you watch the picturesque winter view from your deck, spend your time speeding down the slopes at Brian Head Resort, or spend your summer vacation here hiking and biking, this Southern Utah vacation getaway offers a great destination while visiting the Southwest.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
