With carpeted floor and traditional design, the living area features 3 large sofas facing the TV and fireplace. On the other half of the living room is a play area, ideal for families traveling with children. The large bay window looks over the street.
Located on the ground floor, this spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area boasts light coming through the glass ceiling and the floor-to-ceiling glass doors. The kitchen is fitted with all the necessary utilities needed during your stay such as a large fridge/freezer, ovens, dishwasher, microwave and gas hob. Fitted with two sinks and large worktops you will have no trouble cooking for your family or friends. The dining table extends to accommodate up to 12 guests. Just by the large glass doors is an armchair, a footstool and shelves filled with books.
The master bedroom offers plenty of space and light and features a super king sized bed. A fitted wardrobe, a comfortable armchair and a footstool are nicely placed within the space. A vanity table with mirror is located by the large window looking over the street.
Located on the first floor, this bedroom features a king sized bed and a small single bed ( ideal for a child, not suitable for adults ). There is also a fitted wardrobe.
On the second floor there is a cosy bedroom fitted with a king sized bed, shelves, chairs and chest of drawers.
This attic bedroom is located on the third floor and features a king sized bed, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe.
A spacious bathroom is located on the first floor and is fitted with a bath tub, a single wash basin and a walk-in shower. The window looks over the verdant outdoors. Next to this bathroom is the laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.
Next to the WC located on the third floor is a bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a single wash basin.

A beautiful garden surrounded by trees and plants can be accessed through the kitchen or dining room glass doors. On a warm day, this is the ideal place to relax with a coffee or tea before and after long days of sightseeing.

- The lead guest will be required to sign an Occupation Agreement prior to arrival. This is for insurance purposes to say that the guests will look after the property and not smoke or have parties
- Please note that the lead guest must be over 25 years old
- Normal check in time is between 3pm and 9pm. Any time outside of this period may incur an additional fee
