Pell Allema (meaning "far away" in Cornish) is a delightfully equipped and decorated cottage in the quiet hamlet of Rosenannon. Ideally situated close to Newquay, Padstow, Wadebridge and Bodmin Moor meaning the choice of activities from walking to watersports are right on your doorstep!
Pell Allema has been newly renovated to a high standard with oak wooden floors downstairs and granite topped work surfaces. Seating is comfortable and informal, plenty of cushions, soft chairs and sheepskins ready to envelope you in a lazy day reading at home or working on your lap top . The kitchen has all the latest conveniences and is easy and efficient. The cottage feels spacious and light with open plan living downstairs, the two upstairs bedrooms afford comfort and privacy with a view towards the chapel and beyond to the green valley.
To the rear of the property there is a small paved private patio area with a table and seating, use of a large decked area with picnic table and barbecue facilities opposite the property can be arranged in late afternoons and evenings. A two man canoe can be used by guests and bicycles can be hired next door. A car is necessary and parking is off road next to the cottage.
Ground floor: Enter into an open plan living room, fully equipped kitchen and diner, door leading to shower room and separate WC.
First floor: Landing at the top of the stairs with doors leading to: Family bedroom with 5' double bed and a separate single bed, Master bedroom with 5' double bed and en suite shower room, small cupboard
Exterior: Off street parking at front of house for 2 cars, garden at rear with BBQ facilities and garden furniture.A sampler gift of local produce and local Camel Valley wine will be waiting for your arrival.
Facilities & Services
Heating is via central heating. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range of units. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle, wine cooler, fridge & freezer. There is a dish washer. The lounge has a flatscreen digital Freeview TV & DVD player, CD & Radio. There is free WiFi at the property. There is an iron & ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen and towels are all included but you will need to bring your own beach towels. There is off road parking for up to 2 cars in front of the property.
General Booking Information
Arrival / Departure is normally a Saturday.
Short breaks are available during the quieter months of the year.
£150 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
10% discount for just a couple staying outside the peak season.
You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
