There were many minor imperfections & broken things throughout the condo. Just to give you an idea, the condo had a VERY musty smell which i distinctly traced to the back closet. The shower door in the main bathroom was off the hinge therefore i had to crawl over the toilet to get in & out. I would have used the 2nd bathroom but one of the sinks was broken, so i figured i'd stick with the broken door instead. The disposal in the kitchen sink did not seem to work or needed to be cleaned, Because it barely disposed anything When i tried using it & was emitting an odor. The blinds for the front porch were broken making it hard to open (and close) to allow sunlight in, making the condo appear dark most of the time. The tv in the master bed did not work properly or or at least i could not get it to work, but there were no directions on how to use the tv's (because of the multiple remotes), no note on how to use the locks for the front door & the wrong passcodes were left so i was unable to go to the beach initially. Beach chairs were provided but no towels, so i went out to purchase beach towels. The lock for the window in the twin bedroom was also broken. All of these quirks should have been straightened out before allowing any guest to stay there. I felt misled In terms of the photos which were posted on airbnb, the furniture in the pics did not match what was actually in the condo, and upon entering the condo my initial reaction was disappointment (the last thing you want to feel after a long day of traveling). The furniture was dark, making thd condo appear dark & dingy when combined with the musty odor.
On a positive note, Gregory was very easily accessible to get in touch with and the location of the condo was perfect. 20 feet from the porch are 2 pools within the same pool area, and beyond the pool area is a 30foot board walk that brings you right to the beach. It was beautiful.
Truthfully, if it wasnt for the beach & pools i would have left the 1st day & asked for a refund, but the location is perfect.
