The living room is adjacent and is where the large sectional, TV and gas fireplace are located. The dining area has a high top table which can seat up to 8 comfortably. The kitchen is open and spacious and has new appliances and granite countertops. The center island is perfect for food prep.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with on-suite marble-tiled bathroom and brand new pillow top king-sized mattress. Two more bedrooms featuring new full-sized mattresses are nearby and share a bathroom. There is also a loft that has a second sitting area and is perfect for families with kids. Nintendo 64 console and games, books, board games, and toys are available for use.
The lower level has a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a full bathroom and a workout area that can be used for an additional sleeping area. There is a full-sized foam mattress that can be used that is located in the basement storage area if needed. This bed will be made only upon advance request.
All areas will be available for guest use.

Homeowners are within 10 minutes of property in case of emergency.
Homeowners will be visiting the property on Monday nights to take the trash out to the curb for morning pickup. They will NOT intrude on the guests; they can access the trash receptacles from the side gate.
Homeowners will come by to balance the chemicals in the hot tub on Wednesdays and landscape the yard on the weekend.
Only registered guests are permitted within the residence at any time. No visitors or guests without prior consent. Notify homeowner by phone if approval is required.
No pets or smoking permitted in the house at any time. If smoking occurs indoors or if guest brings a pet, tenant may be charged an additional $100 fee for extra cleaning.
Guests are permitted to park in the garage, but are required to use the interior wall control to open and close the door. No boats, trailers or RV's may be parked on or near the property per HOA rules.
Eating is permitted anywhere on the main floor of the home for adults, but children are asked to stay in the kitchen and dining area. No food permitted on the carpeted areas or in the hot tub.
There is a trash compactor in the kitchen that needs to be changed out when full. The large garbage receptacles are located on the north side of the property, just outside the man-door of the garage. When using this door, please remember to lock it after every use. For extended stay, the homeowners will visit the property on Mondays to take the trash receptacles to the curb for Tuesday morning pickup.
There is a front load washer and dryer on site for personal use. Detergent and fabric softener are provided at no additional charge for extended-stay guests (5+ nights). Follow directions as shown.
The kitchen is fully equipped for daily use. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves and to put dishes back once they have been cleaned. The standard cleaning fee is for normal daily use of residence. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be applied if the property is left excessively unkept or dirty (unwashed dishes, stained carpet, muddy floors, moved furniture, etc).
No events or parties are permitted in or around this property. Only registered guests are permitted to enter the property. If you have family or friends in town, exceptions can be made with advance notice.
As a courtesy to our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
No animals are allowed in the home unless they are a registered service animal.
