1920's apartment with plenty of space for 2-6 people. Come explore the best that St. Pete has to offer -- coffee shops, bars, cafes, galleries, and of course, our waterfront. Just a short walk from your vacation home, you can indulge in the food and craft beer scene along Central Ave, browse the galleries and shops along Beach Drive and the 600 Block, or take a leisurely evening stroll along the bay. We’re also just a short Uber ride to Tropicana Field, the Grand Central district, or the beach.
This apartment is the main downstairs unit, part of a 1920's historic home in the Historic Uptown neighborhood of St. Pete. Enjoy coffee on your front porch and plan out your day to enjoy beautiful downtown St. Pete.
Your vacation rental includes all the comforts of home. Ample natural light fills the private bedroom with queen bed. A small desk area offers a quiet place to check your email.
For extra guests, there are 2 futon sofas that each fold down into full sized beds. Extra bedding and pillows are tucked away in the living room closet.
Watch your favorite shows/movies on the smart TV. WiFi and Hulu are included, so you can stream your favorites in case of a rainy afternoon.
The kitchen features an electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, and full-sized fridge. All the essentials are here: whip up a quick snack, brew a cup of coffee, or make a full meal. Head to the table in the backyard to savor your meal, or enjoy the peace and quiet of the dining room.
Guests will receive a code for the keypad/smartlock once your reservation is confirmed. We can also provide a key to the coin-operated laundry room upon request.

We can be involved as much or as little as you like. Looking for a few suggestions to get your trip started? We'll be happy to share our favorite spots, from restaurants and bars to music venues and beach hang-outs! Or if you'd just like to check in and out quietly via text, that's ok too.
This apartment is a work in progress! We're in the process of renovating the interior and exterior of the home to restore its original 1920’s charm. It's not perfect, but it's a clean, comfortable place to stay in a charming neighborhood in our amazing city.
There are a few "community cats" that wander the premises - they are harmless, but this means that we cannot allow outside pets at this time.
Parking is only allowed on the South side of the street, and only with the flow of traffic. Please note the one-way streets as you navigate the neighborhood and the rest of downtown.
- This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please keep noise down to a reasonable level after 10pm.
Hi! We're Dirk & Erika. We enjoy travel, running, and a good slice of pepperoni pizza. We've both lived in St. Pete for years and we love our little city!
