Stroll 2 blocks east to the “Hip Strip” lined with fantastic restaurants and boutiques. From the Hip Strip, cross the Higgins Bridge and you’re officially in downtown Missoula. Here you’ll find Caras Park, The Wilma Theatre, restaurants, shopping, 2 Farmer’s Markets in the summer and more!!

KICK UP YOUR BOOTS AND RELAX
After a long day of exploring Missoula, enjoy an iced tea or a local beer from the brewery 1 block away, while barbequing. Listen to the sounds of the neighbor’s chickens, skateboards cruising by and all else that gives Missoula that funky vibe.
The cheerful kitchen has modern appliances and all the tools you need to cook your meals. There is also a coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, and a good number of wine glasses just in case you need to unwind with friends after a long day of fun.
The loft style master bedroom has a queen size bed, cozy pillows, and has 700-thread count sheets. The sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed with plenty of pillows and crisp cotton sheets. The bathroom is new and features a beautiful marble shower.
LIVING IT UP
The living room has a flat screen TV and a Bose IPod docking station. It's open to the kitchen, making for an easy layout to hang out with friends and family. There is also high speed wireless internet and a wonderful workspace. Want to a rent a movie? It's on us!! You may download movies up to a set limit.
