INSIDE THE HOUSE
Head up a short staircase from the driveway to reach the front door of the house. Entry is into a small tiled hall lit by an elegant chandelier.
On the left of the hall, a fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with two twin bunks and steps leading to a secret play area with toys and games. Next door, a stylishly tiled guest bathroom features a stone top vanity and tub/shower combo.
Beside the bathroom, you’ll find a cozy third bedroom furnished with a queen bed.
Stairs from the main entry lead up to a grand open-concept living space. Spend evenings reading and chatting in a small sitting area, where a pair of brown leather chairs sit before a wood-burning fireplace.
Left of the sitting area, a spacious U-shaped kitchen has a 4-seater breakfast bar, dark wood cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Cook groups meals using a 6-burner gas stove and oven, then serve after-dinner coffees with your Miele espresso maker.
The kitchen overlooks a dining area seating eight at a bold dark wood table. Nearby, doors lead to a sprawling deck with a private hot tub. Soak beneath the bubbles while gazing across the tree-dotted slopes of Squaw.
Beside the dining area, there’s an L-shaped wet bar with a wine cooler. Mix up evening drinks, then stroll over to the main living area where soft leather chairs and a 3-seater couch sit before a 55” flat-screen TV equipped with a DVD Player, perfect for a movie night.
The guest bedroom is also situated on this same floor and features a lovely queen bed.
Heading up to the third floor, enjoy privacy in a second living room with plush seating and air hockey table. Nearby, there’s a fourth bathroom with a stand-up shower and a workout room with fitness equipment and a massage chair.
On this same floor, a master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
NOTE: The road to the home is steep. 4 wheel drive and snow ties or chains are needed in winter.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
