This newly remodeled 5BR/3BA knotty pine cabin has a great location on the ‘Gold Coast’ of Lake Tahoe. Sleeps 10 comfortably, with access to the Tahoe Pines Homeowners Beach and Pier, as well as skiing, hiking and climbing nearby.
The backyard is a children’s paradise in the warmer months, with a horseshoe pit, dartboard, large tree swing, deck and BBQ. The lot is large, private, and shaded by trees, and the big front deck is furnished with sun loungers so you can enjoy the quiet neighborhood.
ABOUT THE CABIN
The living area is welcoming and open-concept, with seating for seven around a crackling wood fireplace. A large flat screen TV with a dvd player and cable will keep your group entertained on chilly evenings. But when the weather’s fine, why not take advantage of the huge back yard? Furnished with a large rope swing, BBQ area with seating, horseshoe pit and dart board (summer months only), there’s something to amuse the whole group.
Whether you’re eating inside or out, the cook of your group will enjoy the large updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. When the food’s ready, there’s bar seating at the island, as well as a generous dining table with bench seating.
The master bedroom has a king bed and computer desk, as well as a private en-suite bathroom. Three more guest bedrooms all have queen beds, and a fifth bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Two more full baths make it easy for everyone to get ready for the day’s adventures.
Located on what locals call the ‘Gold Coast’ of Lake Tahoe, this cabin in Homewood offers exclusive access to the Tahoe Pines Homeowners Beach and Pier, only three blocks away. There are great hiking trails through Desolation Wilderness at the back of the property, or head to Homewood Ski Resort for cross-country skiing. Climbers can enjoy the amazing climbs at Eagle Rock, just two blocks away.
Hungry? Head down the shore to Swiss Lakewood Restaurant or Sunnyside Restaurant for waterfront dining with a buzzy vibe, or pick up groceries at Obexer’s General Store for the morning. With so many activities to choose from, your group is bound to have an appetite!

Guests must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
*No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
*No pets are allowed unless otherwise noted for specific properties.
* No smoking is allowed in or around any property.
Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.
Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
