I have a lovely two double bedroom flat available in Pimlico, Westminster SW1.
The flat is on the 7th floor of a listed purpose built block with beautiful views across London towards Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Millenium Wheel. It is 7 minutes walk away from Pimlico tube station, which is on the Victoria line. The flat has wifi internet access, washing machine and dishwasher in a brand new kitchen, a new bathroom, powder room, sitting room with lots of art books and a balcony. Since it is the 7th floor, it is good to know, that there is an elevator. Pimlico is a wonderful neighborhood, which is very central but quiet at night. There are plenty of restaurants near by in Pimlico village, Tate Britain is within walking distance, so are the Thamse river, Buckingham Palace, Sloan Square in Chelsea and the Kings Road.
You will love being in the heart of London, waking up and seeing London's landmark sites Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the Millenium Wheel. I look forward to welcoming you in my home!
Please treat my home respectfully, do not smoke in the flat, and always lock the front door properly and close all the windows when leaving the house. All other things we will communicate individually. Thank you!

I am working in the art world and currently travel a lot between Dallas, Texas, Bonn, Germany and London, UK. I was involved in the movie by George Clooney "The Monuments Men", which came out in February 2014 and I had a little role as an extra in it (a scene with Matt Damon). It was filmed in Berlin. Try and see the film, it is great!!!
My flat is therefore my home base occasionally only, and I am happy to have guests in it, as it needs to be lived in and loved. You will enjoy it as your London base, and it is full of things I found at the flea markets, auction houses and car boot sales around town.
Home is where the heart is, and while you are there, I hope it will be your home.
